Prior to founding Byron Law, Leslee worked in legal, investigative, compliance, and financial-services-related roles involving regulatory review, risk analysis, transaction matters, and client advocacy, including work associated with institutions such as Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, BNY Mellon, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan, and Morgan Stanley. Her professional background includes work involving complex financial investigations, regulatory matters, and grand jury subpoena-related matters associated with federal law enforcement agencies. This experience provides a strong foundation for helping clients understand risk, evaluate important decisions, and create thoughtful legal strategies for the future.
Leslee earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law and completed advanced studies at Harvard Law School. Her experience across legal, financial, compliance, and investigative fields has shaped a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to legal representation.

With traditional hourly billing, clients are often given broad estimates of how long legal work may take, which can create uncertainty and anxiety about the final cost. In many situations, clients are asked to place large retainers on account, only to later discover that additional funds are needed for the work to continue. We understand how frustrating and stressful that experience can feel.
Our approach is designed to provide greater predictability and transparency from the beginning. For many estate planning and related legal services, clients are provided with a clearly defined flat fee for the agreed-upon scope of work. This means you will understand the cost of services upfront, allowing you to move forward with greater confidence and peace of mind.
